Almost every town on the island has it's own pathways for walking and boardwalks. Here we'll present some of the most interesting.

OMIŠALJ - Park Dubec

Park is situated in Omisalj, between city ramparts and sea. There is almost a kilometer of walking pathways. Park construction begun in '30s, and today park is crowded with walking pathways with numerous benches on the side.

NJIVICE - Boardwalk Rajska cesta (Paradise road)

This boardwalk starts in the Malinska, and ends few kilometers away in Njivice. You can also ride bicycle on this road.

KRK - Prniba

Peninsula Prniba's location is southeastern of town of Krk. Just follow the road from Krk to Punat. After few kilometers you'll come across sign leading towards camp Politin. Follow the sign and there you'll find paths. Total distance of pathways is 7.5km.

BAŠKA - touristic pathways

There are 14 labeled touristic pathways with overall length of 60km. Pathways are suitable for easy walk, and they lead to unforgettable viewpoints, with wonderful view of sea, many bays, Baska Stara (Old Baška), and St. Lucia's church (Baska plateau).

PUNAT - shepherd paths

Paths are stretching by stone ramparts, and passing through gardens and vineyards to reach shepherd's huts. Trekkers, beside herds of sheep, can meet deer, rabbits, foxes, and various bird species. Climbing to peak, about 250/300 m high, lasts between half an hour and hour, and climbing to highest peaks (between 350 and 500m high) between an hour and two hours. From the peak you get wonderful view on whole island of Krk, and nearby Kvarner gulf islands.

DOBRINJ - Through Dobrinjština pathways

Pathways are about 20km long, with 8 stands, and they pass through area rich in vegetation, vivid villages ( Silo, Cestilac, Gostinjac, Sv. Vid, Dobrinj, Gornja Hlapa and Zupanja), and distinctive examples of island architecture and culture.
